Born & raised in Phoenix, AZ, Marc began his career in aerospace manufacturing where he quickly progressed to a CNC Machinist position & then eventually as a First Article Inspector. Marc's role in the aerospace field eventually saw him traveling to several European countries to instruct operators on manufacturing operations & inspection techniques.
Marc's career continued in the Quality realm where he held a Quality Laboratory Supervisor position, moving on as an FAA Compliance Specialist, Quality Engineer, then eventually as Director of Quality specializing in compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
Marc has initiated & facilitated quality activities & audits in the following countries: Czech Republic, India, Canada, Mexico, & The United States.

Heather J. Parker
Although born and raised in Springfield, MA, Heather relocated to North Carolina, where she began a new career path with Amazon in 2017. This path quickly developed into a passion for environmental health and safety. During her time with Amazon, Heather gained a thorough understanding of RCRA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, ANSI, and NFPA standards.
Heather’s career continued in the environmental realm, working in general industry and manufacturing. Her love and passion for Occupational Health and Safety led her to pursue her degree and gain her GSP certification.
Heather traveled to various cities and states, helping with new site launches and building the safety culture from the ground up. She helped create new policies and procedures on site and regional levels and trained veteran and new employees to view safety as the number one priority.
